Operations Manager — Retail Property

The Operations Manager — Retail Property role is onsite at The Shops at Skyview in Flushing, NY. The base salary range is $120,000–$135,000 per year. The role supports operations at a mixed-use retail complex managed by Acadia Realty Trust. The manager is responsible for safe, compliant, and effective day-to-day property operations. The role coordinates building systems, vendors, budgets, projects, and tenant relationships to maintain the property and support its occupants and stakeholders.

What you'll do

• Inspect the property and oversee building systems and maintenance
• manage contracted services and vendors
• assist with facilities budgets and insurance claims
• support regulatory compliance and emergency preparedness
• lead small- to mid-scale capital projects
• respond to tenant concerns
• coordinate tenant openings, site tours, and on-site marketing event logistics.
