What you'll do

• Oversee portfolio construction execution, pre-construction design coordination, and contract negotiations
• direct field operations on commercial and federal design-build projects
• establish and model site safety protocols with QA/QC leads
• identify scope opportunities and project risks
• mentor project managers and superintendents
• manage subcontractor, vendor, and client relationships.
