What you'll do

• Support dealer partners and end users by phone, email, chat, and video
• handle lead follow-up, quotes, order entry and verification, product compatibility inquiries, and customer service
• clarify and process purchase orders
• verify colleagues’ orders
• process claims for replacement items or parts
• welcome new dealers and guide them through order entry
• provide pro forma invoices and monitor payment
• assist with assembly instructions
• support HubSpot data integrity
• coordinate with production, sales, accounting, and shipping.
