What you'll do

• Provide deskside and remote support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals
• troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, and network issues
• install, configure, image, deploy, and maintain Windows systems and endpoint devices
• support software deployment, updates, and patch management
• monitor endpoint health and compliance
• manage device inventory, refresh, provisioning, and disposal
• maintain technical documentation and knowledge articles
• use IT service management tools to manage incidents and requests
• support configuration and change management
• coordinate with network, cybersecurity, and systems administration teams
• and follow government security requirements and organizational policies.
