What you'll do

• Help direct implementation of resident care plans and safety measures
• coordinate and supervise services on assigned units
• round on nursing units
• support nurses with assessments, care planning, education, and priorities
• monitor incident reporting and documentation
• facilitate communication with providers, responsible parties, vendors, and facility leaders
• assist with staffing
• supervise staff and equipment use
• provide direct resident care as needed
• respond to and document emergencies.
