The Commercial Kitchen Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Katy, TX, with travel to deployed job sites as needed. Pay is $30 per hour. The position supports Cotton Logistics’ Logistics and Culinary division, maintaining commercial culinary equipment and providing support for logistics equipment and warehouse operations. The role helps keep equipment and facilities safe, reliable, and operational through inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance. It also supports deployed projects and documents maintenance work and parts needs.

What you'll do

• Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on commercial culinary equipment
• travel to job sites to support deployed equipment and respond to failures
• diagnose and repair commercial cooking, food service, mechanical, and gas-powered equipment
• perform light electrical maintenance and troubleshooting
• support logistics equipment, warehouse facilities, and assigned assets
• perform general facility maintenance and minor repairs
• maintain work areas
• operate tools and diagnostic equipment safely
• coordinate parts and supplies
• document inspections, maintenance, and repairs
• operate company vehicles and follow safety procedures.
