What you'll do

• Balance daily receipts and prepare deposits for all SLV Health locations
• maintain income records and transaction documentation
• enter daily payment activity and receive insurance credit payments
• scan payment and deposit documents
• assist billing and customer service with patient financial services
• research and resolve bank-deposit discrepancies
• reverse payments or adjustments for NSF, closed accounts, or stop-payment notices
• separate and distribute insurance correspondence
• assist with medical-claim billing and follow-up on unpaid or denied claims.
