What you'll do

• Provide individualized assistance to patients, families, and caregivers
• connect patients with care providers and supportive services
• facilitate appointments for diagnostic procedures, laboratory, imaging, surgery, and specialty areas
• support surgical scheduling, patient education, coordination with clinic schedulers, and procedural assistance.

Why this role
