What you'll do

• Serve as a primary customer contact
• assist with repairs, maintenance, diagnostics, commissioning, winterization, storage, and seasonal service
• write repair orders, prepare estimates, and schedule appointments
• communicate recommendations, costs, timelines, and updates
• coordinate work with technicians
• follow up with customers
• recommend maintenance, parts, accessories, and service solutions
• support peak-season operations
• assist with warranty documentation
• maintain repair orders and customer records in Lightspeed EVO.
