Sales Manager

What you'll do

• Coach and develop sales representatives
• interview and train entry-level representatives
• assist with account strategies
• pursue revenue and market-share results against standards and industry trends
• hold the team accountable for activity and results
• coordinate support staff for high-volume accounts
• monitor sales reports and communicate trends to senior leadership
• and work with the Training department to improve sales training programs.
