The Toddler Teacher role is onsite in Winter Park, FL. Compensation is stated as $16–$18 per hour depending on experience and qualifications. Welbourne Nursery & Preschool provides early childhood education in a warm, inclusive, bilingual environment for children from six weeks to five years old. The teacher plans and leads developmentally appropriate learning experiences for two-year-old children, supports developmental milestones, and works with classroom staff and families. Responsive care, accurate records, and compliance with health, safety, and licensing requirements support children’s learning and wellbeing.

What you'll do

• Design and implement curriculum based on early learning standards
• create experiences supporting social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
• mentor classroom staff
• provide feeding, soothing, diapering, and potty-training care
• communicate with families
• maintain records
• follow licensing and health and safety requirements.
