What you'll do

• Greet walk-in and phone guests
• identify their needs
• explain cake options, pricing, promotions, and merchandise
• suggest celebration add-ons
• process orders through the point-of-sale system
• invite guests to join the email club
• maintain a clean and organized bakery
• replenish merchandise and the cake display
• assist the Crafter with decorations and packaging supplies as needed
• follow health, safety, dress-code, and hygiene requirements.
