What you'll do

• Oversee patient check-in and check-out, scheduling, collections, and front office workflows
• supervise, train, mentor, and evaluate front desk staff
• manage staffing schedules and cross-coverage
• monitor performance metrics
• review collections, payment posting, and ABN compliance
• address patient concerns
• coordinate with billing and clinical teams
• maintain HIPAA, OSHA, and organizational compliance.
