What you'll do

• Develop global forecasting strategy and standardize processes across PDCs
• own forecast performance and lead variance analysis and corrective action plans
• lead forecasting projects for product launches, regional changes, model introductions, and service-part transitions
• enhance statistical models and scenario-planning tools
• serve as global forecasting systems subject matter expert and partner with IT on enhancements and rollouts
• mentor analysts and review forecast outputs
• lead cross-functional forums
• document standard work and governance
• lead continuous improvement
• oversee global safety stock strategy
• integrate data from ERP, BW, forecast systems, and external sources.
