The engineer contributes to the global service network by analyzing system logs, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and facilitating the transition of workshops to the new digital platform.

What you'll do

• Act as the initial point of contact for reported issues
• perform structured troubleshooting to identify root causes
• support local IT and workshop staff with infrastructure setup
• contribute to the continuous global rollout of tWS
• analyze system logs and vehicle communication
• collaborate with developers, testers, and infrastructure teams.
