Manufacturing Technician

The Manufacturing Technician role is onsite at CelLink’s manufacturing facility in Georgetown, Texas. Compensation is not specified. CelLink is expanding its manufacturing team at a new, state-of-the-art facility. The technician serves as a technical link between Production and Engineering, operating and setting up equipment, troubleshooting process issues, and supporting process trials and new product introductions. The work contributes to safe, consistent manufacturing and improvements in quality, yield, throughput, and process stability.

What you'll do

• Operate and set up manufacturing equipment, including changeovers, startup checks, adjustments, cleaning, and routine operator-level care
• monitor processes and perform first-level troubleshooting
• escalate complex equipment issues
• support engineering process trials, qualifications, validation builds, and new product introductions
• collect and document process data
• perform basic inspections and testing
• identify and support continuous improvement
• maintain safety, quality, 5S, material control, and production documentation.
