What you'll do

• Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and production standards
• maintain a clean, organized kitchen and follow infection-control and safety protocols
• collaborate on menu cycles
• assist with inventory, ordering, and receiving
• participate in menu tasting and testing
• accommodate dietary restrictions and special needs
• respond to patient and staff needs.
