What you'll do

• Lead commercial and industrial mechanical insulation installation on piping, equipment, ductwork, and related systems
• lead small crews and coordinate daily work with project managers, customers, general contractors, and other trades
• install and oversee metal jacketing
• support field layout, sequencing, materials, manpower, and daily priorities
• maintain jobsite quality, safety, cleanliness, and organization
• complete or assist with work tickets, JSAs, permits, production reports, and QA/QC reports
• train helpers and mechanics
• communicate jobsite issues
• drive large pickups with enclosed trailers when needed and qualified.

Why this role

Strong industrial mechanical insulation experience is required. OSHA 30 is required or must be obtained before starting jobsite work. Pay is $38–$48 per hour; overtime opportunities are available when offered.
