What you'll do

• Promote excellent guest service
• observe employees and guests at gaming tables and alert pit management or surveillance to suspected cheating, counting, or disruptions
• facilitate table operations
• cover tables for dealers as needed
• track guest transaction totals at shift changes
• enter guest and table information into the tracking system
• sign up Player’s Club members and print cards
• enter chip fill or credit requests
• and fulfill guest requests for complimentary items as needed to resolve issues.
