What you'll do

• Resolve customer concerns and verify work meets company standards
• monitor job progress, workmanship, and compliance
• assist with permits, including primary oversight of septic permitting
• coordinate with Operations, Service, and Field Management
• visit job sites and support crews
• reinforce quality and training standards
• identify leads or sell projects when appropriate.
