What you'll do

• Oversee HR policies, procedures, HRIS, records, metrics, and reporting
• advise leadership on HR matters
• manage provider credentialing
• oversee benefits, recruitment, negotiations, onboarding, performance reviews, employee concerns, terminations, and staff training
• manage HR staff
• lead HR programs and process improvements
• represent the agency with external groups.
