The role also supports and supervises LPNs and CNAs to help provide consistent resident care.

What you'll do

• Make regular rounds
• observe resident conditions and vital signs
• assess findings, plan nursing care, and record pertinent information. Administer prescribed medications and treatments. Assist physicians during rounds when the Care Coordinator is absent. Collaborate with physicians, therapists, pharmacy providers, and interdisciplinary team members. Instruct residents about treatments and medications. Support and supervise LPNs and CNAs.
