What you'll do

• Lead technical discovery during pre-RFP engagement
• collaborate with capture, business development, proposal managers, and writers
• author technical content for RFIs, sources-sought responses, capability statements, white papers, and proposals
• identify capability gaps and vet potential teaming partners
• develop solution graphics
• architect and present technical solutions
• lead technical volume development and author technical, management, transition, and quality-control content
• define scope, risks, and estimates
• build technical bases of estimate and rough-order-of-magnitude models
• present at oral evaluations
• answer government technical questions
• maintain a technical reuse library
• define implementation capabilities and interfaces
• and support startup and delivery of awarded work.
