Apartment Community Maintenance Technician – Level 2

Job overview

The Apartment Community Maintenance Technician – Level 2 role is onsite in West Jordan, UT. Compensation is $23–$24 per hour. The position supports apartment community maintenance and resident service operations. The technician performs complex troubleshooting and intermediate repairs with minimal supervision, helping keep apartments and shared grounds functional and ready for residents. The role also provides technical direction to Level 1 staff and responds to after-hours emergencies through an on-call rotation.

What you'll do

• Diagnose and repair HVAC units, household appliances, and electrical systems
• perform plumbing repairs
• complete make-ready work and inspect vacant units
• provide technical direction to Level 1 staff
• participate in on-call rotations
• perform grounds maintenance and repairs
• follow safety and appearance standards
• document service requests and repair histories using work-order software.
