What you'll do

• Process payroll, accounts payable and receivable, and collections using QuickBooks
• perform job costing
• maintain the chart of accounts, general ledger, and cash management systems
• assist with tax information, budgets, monthly reports, and other client financial reports
• handle calls and administrative paperwork.
