Job overview

The Barista role is onsite in Charlotte, NC, and pays $17–$18 per hour. maman is a French bakery and café serving baked goods, coffee, breakfast, and lunch. What you'll do

• Prepare and serve the beverage menu according to established recipes and standards
• maintain beverage consistency, quality, and presentation
• meet service-time standards of eight minutes on weekdays and ten minutes on weekends
• prepare espresso, texture milk, and create basic latte art
• accurately execute point-of-sale tickets
• provide personalized guest service and explain menu ingredients and allergy information
• maintain an organized bar workflow
• coordinate with front-of-house colleagues and assist in other positions as needed
• complete assigned opening, closing, and cleaning tasks
• report safety hazards and equipment issues.
