Business Development Center Specialist

The Business Development Center Specialist role is onsite in Colorado Springs, CO. Pay is $20 per hour. The specialist connects customers with the service department, schedules and confirms appointments, and follows up on service inquiries and completed visits. Accurate customer communication and CRM records help the service operation use its schedule effectively and strengthen customer relationships.

What you'll do

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
• schedule and confirm service appointments
• follow up on service inquiries and vehicle repairs
• record communications and transactions in the CRM
• support service campaigns and customer follow-up
• coordinate communication among customers, service advisors, and technicians
• gather post-service feedback.
