What you'll do

• Assist project managers with schedules, milestones, deliverables, submittal, RFI, and change order tracking
• maintain project files, contracts, and documentation
• help track committed costs, change orders, and budget-to-actual comparisons
• support pay applications and invoice reconciliation
• track subcontractor compliance and assist with procurement coordination
• prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and action logs
• support communication among project, field, client, and vendor teams.
