The Global Head of Customer Experience & Support is a full-time role based in Washington, DC, with an annual salary range of $320,000 to $365,000. This leadership position reports to the Chief Sales Officer at Semrush Inc. and oversees Customer Success, Professional Services, and Renewals globally. This role is accountable for onboarding, adoption, value realization, and retention across direct, channel, and data-as-a-service motions. The leader will define a global operating model, improve renewal predictability, and scale the customer success function to drive long-term customer value and revenue growth.
