What you'll do

• Answer guest questions and assist with purchases
• recommend cuts, preparation methods, and meal ideas
• determine cutting needs from guest demand
• custom-cut and process fresh meat to quality specifications
• receive, verify, and store deliveries
• package and price products
• rotate and cull products
• record waste
• grind meats
• offer samples
• maintain service and self-service cases
• clean and sanitize work areas and equipment
• follow food-handling and safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout
• prepare products and special orders to specifications
• follow company procedures and build relationships with guests, vendors, and associates.
