Construction Project Executive

Job overview

The Construction Project Executive role is onsite in the office and/or at project sites in the Cleveland, OH area, with up to 10% travel across Northeast Ohio. Compensation is $120,000–$140,000 per year plus an annual bonus. Regency Construction Services, Inc. delivers commercial and union construction projects across Northeast Ohio, including education, healthcare, nonprofit, and civic work. The executive oversees project management operations and drives preconstruction and construction performance. The role guides project teams, manages budgets and client relationships, and supports safe, high-quality project delivery across the company’s regional portfolio.

What you'll do

• Provide executive oversight to project managers, superintendents, and project engineers
• guide preconstruction, including estimate reviews, GMP documents, constructability analysis, and schedule development
• manage project budgets, change orders, pay applications, and schedule reports
• build relationships with owners, designers, vendors, and subcontractors
• enforce safety, quality control, and operating procedures
• identify business opportunities and represent the firm at community events
• mentor, train, and recruit project management staff.
