What you'll do

• Conduct apartment tours and showcase community features and amenities
• follow up with prospects and convert leads into leases
• support occupancy goals, renewals, and resident retention
• process rental applications and lease agreements
• maintain resident, prospect, and leasing records
• use property management software
• respond to inquiries
• assist with resident events and community outreach.
