Direct Support Professional (DSP), Substitute Caregiver

What you'll do

• Support daily living activities
• implement and document individual support plans, care plans, and protocols
• assist with transportation and community activities
• assist with medications as certified and document as required
• monitor health needs and help individuals obtain healthcare
• provide protocol-based medical care, including First Aid or CPR when needed
• document program, incident, medical, and financial information.
