- Coordinate resident care plans in accordance with physician orders, regulations, and facility policies

- participate in admissions decisions and may visit prospective residents as needed
- attend management meetings on resident status, census, personnel, and concerns
- support compassionate quality care and nursing supervision
- assume clinical operations in the Director of Nursing’s absence.
