What you'll do

• Process and code vendor invoices and obtain approvals
• prepare vendor payments
• maintain vendor records and research payment discrepancies
• generate customer invoices and assist with billing
• apply and post customer payments
• monitor receivables and assist with collection follow-up
• resolve customer account discrepancies
• assist with AP and AR reconciliations
• maintain accounting records and supporting documentation
• use Excel to track and reconcile data
• support month-end close and other accounting projects as needed.
