Relief Resident Advisor

The Relief Resident Advisor role is onsite in Warminster, PA, with Friday and Saturday shifts listed as 8 a.m.–4 p.m. and 3 p.m.–11 p.m. Pay is $19.50–$22 per hour. The role also supports site standards, safety responses, required documentation, and training.

What you'll do

• Supervise assigned clients during shifts
• engage clients, plan activities, and support life skills
• help implement individual plans using positive youth development, trauma-informed, and culturally appropriate frameworks
• oversee site maintenance and cleanliness
• submit follow-up paperwork
• report crises or critical incidents and complete preliminary safety plans
• attend required agency trainings and workshops.
