The Clinical Services Therapist, Residential Treatment role is onsite in Cleveland, OH, with pay of $27 per hour and a $5,000 sign-on bonus. The role supports Bellefaire JCB’s Intensive Treatment Program, a residential program for youth ages 8–17 with significant mental health and psychiatric needs. As part of a multidisciplinary treatment team, the therapist develops and manages treatment and curriculum for youth in residential care. The role provides clinical services and crisis support while contributing to safe, coordinated treatment and progress toward healing.

What you'll do

• Provide biopsychosocial assessments, treatment plans and reviews, individual and group counseling, family therapy, consultation, aftercare planning, and termination reports
• collaborate with treatment team members
• lead therapeutic groups and clinical planning
• assist with crisis intervention and problem resolution
• protect clients from physical and emotional harm, using the Therapeutic Crisis Model and physical restraints as necessary
• attend staffing and clinical rounds as needed
• complete clinical documentation
• provide backup support as directed.
