What you'll do
- Perform clinical, compliance, and administrative duties, including documented clinical supervision
- participate in a multidisciplinary treatment team
- carry a caseload of 2–5 clients and provide assessments, therapeutic interventions, individual therapy, and group services
- coordinate continuity of care
- maintain clinical documentation
- support PROS intakes, admissions, and discharges
- monitor billing, census, schedules, billable hours, records, and required documentation
- collaborate on quality assurance and other required meetings.
