What you'll do

• Oversee day-to-day branch operations, sales, service, efficiency, risk, internal controls, and personnel
• coach branch staff
• manage customer account questions and new account services
• monitor BSA and AML compliance
• prepare management reports
• support branch performance objectives
• represent the bank in the community
• oversee ATM settlement and safe deposit box activities where applicable
• work a flexible schedule that may include Saturday mornings and coverage at other locations.
