What you'll do

• Lead case architecture, pre-suit investigations, discovery strategy, and litigation execution
• serve as first-chair advocate in depositions, evidentiary hearings, and oral arguments
• draft pleadings, summary judgment motions, administrative challenges, and appellate briefs
• manage complex discovery, third-party subpoenas, and document productions
• partner with senior trial counsel on trial notebooks, motions in limine, and expert witness preparation
• advise corporate executives and institutional clients on risk, strategy, and dispute resolution.
