What you'll do

• Facilitate individual, family, and group counseling
• conduct diagnostic assessments and evaluations
• develop and review treatment plans
• complete timely documentation in ICANotes
• coordinate with program staff and external providers
• use trauma-informed, person-centered practices
• maintain fidelity to designated treatment models
• participate in training, supervision, audits, and quality reviews
• provide crisis intervention and safety planning as needed.
