What you'll do

• Transcribe physician-dictated patient notes into electronic health records
• review documentation for completeness, clarity, formatting, and transcription errors
• maintain patient confidentiality and comply with healthcare privacy requirements
• clarify unclear or incomplete dictated information with the physician
• organize and update patient documentation using facility computer systems. Hours are 7:30 a.m.–1:30 p.m.
• the posting states six hours worked are paid as a full eight-hour day.
