What you'll do

• Own social strategy, editorial calendar, content creation, and publishing across Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and YouTube
• administer Meta Business Suite and Sprinklr
• oversee facility submissions and pages
• supervise the Social Media Coordinator
• address HIPAA, privacy, brand, and quality concerns
• produce graphics in Canva
• coordinate video and freelance creatives
• use generative AI tools with editorial review
• execute facility campaigns
• maintain The Agency SharePoint site
• report performance and recommendations
• triage the shared inbox.
