What you'll do

• Develop and implement annual event strategies
• lead educational webinars and events
• greet customers and introduce speakers
• source healthcare speakers, particularly in radiology and imaging
• manage CME accreditation
• plan Customer Advisory Council and CQ Summit events
• create promotional content
• repurpose event content
• support social media and video projects
• track event results and budgets
• coordinate trade shows and sponsorships
• support internal events
• maintain event processes
• and coordinate with vendors and internal teams.
