What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• monitor vital signs and report changes
• support transfers and mobility
• deliver meals and assist with feeding as needed
• document care activities
• provide emotional support
• follow infection-control protocols and maintain cleanliness in patient areas.
