What you'll do

• Handle inbound inquiries and outbound follow-up
• gather requirements and prepare quotes
• recommend products based on application, capacity, material, and regulations
• obtain vendor pricing and availability
• review contracts and orders for specifications and lead-time concerns
• communicate estimated delivery dates and changes
• coordinate approved change orders with Engineering, Sales, and Manufacturing
• coordinate pickup and delivery and maintain order documentation.
