Machine Operator — 3rd Shift

What you'll do

• Set up and perform safe machine start-ups
• complete shutdowns and product changeovers
• record production output and downtime
• maintain quality control and sanitation
• complete SQF documentation
• operate cook-room blending and packaging processes
• frequently operate stand-up and sit-down forklifts
• follow food safety procedures
• perform assigned preventive maintenance, cleaning, and occasional plant sanitation duties.
