Business Office Manager

It helps protect the organization’s financial stability and supports residents and families as they navigate billing and other financial matters.

What you'll do

• Lead day-to-day financial operations
• manage accounts receivable, collections, accounts payable, resident billing, trust accounts, payroll coordination, general ledger, purchase orders, cash flow, and financial notices
• prepare reports and recommendations
• oversee billing controls and collections
• coordinate payer information with Admissions
• maintain records for audits and regulatory reporting
• support compliance, team development, and process improvement across facilities.
