What you'll do

• Design, proof, and prepare customer orders for production
• coordinate projects with the Appeal Team, customers, designers, and internal departments
• communicate with customers by phone and email
• create printed and digital materials for diocesan annual appeals
• coordinate with in-house presses and, when needed, outside vendors
• participate in meetings with dioceses to develop concepts and consistent branding
• maintain project timelines and production schedules
• contribute to process improvements.
