What you'll do

• Lead supervisors and warehouse staff on an assigned shift
• plan shifts and share labor according to daily goals and order volume
• communicate across shifts
• track attendance and approve timecards
• train and coach associates on labeling and packaging
• address employee relations issues with HR
• monitor productivity and recommend improvements
• promote safety
• manage leads
• use warehouse management software to track and resolve order issues
• provide coverage outside normal hours when needed.
